In my early 40s, after years of staying active while balancing work, family, and life, I suddenly found myself stuck at a desk, stressed out, and 25 pounds heavier. I felt tired, overwhelmed, and out of touch with myself. That’s when a friend invited me to a boot camp — and everything changed. I rediscovered my energy, lost over 30 pounds, transformed my body, and reignited my passion for fitness.
That transformation inspired me to help others do the same. Since 2012, I’ve coached hundreds of clients — both in-person and online — guiding them through simple, sustainable changes in fitness and nutrition that lead to lasting results.
